Terms of Service — Moments Insight

1. Service Description

Moments Insight (@vault.moment on Instagram) is a knowledge management service. When you DM a public Instagram Reel link to our Business account, we process it and provide you with a secure, private vault link. We extract insights, create structured knowledge cards, and make them searchable through a mobile-first web application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moments Insight. By using this service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

New users receive a 1-month free trial with full access to all Vault features. After the trial period ends, continued access to your vault and its features requires a paid subscription. Your saved content remains stored during any grace period.

4. User Content & Instagram Data

• You retain all rights to the reels you share and the insights generated from them.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you send us.
• We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content.
• We may process your content using AI services to generate insights, but we do not use your content to train AI models.
• We receive Instagram data (your username, App-Scoped User ID, and message content) only via Instagram Graph API webhooks when you DM us. We do not access any other Instagram data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send content that violates any laws or Instagram's Terms of Use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to send large volumes of content
• Share your vault access with unauthorized users
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Data Handling & Deletion

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of all your data at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions for details. We will delete all associated data within 7 business days.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Processing times may vary based on demand and content complexity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moments Insight is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated insights. We are not liable for any decisions made based on insights generated by our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
